Terms of Sale
Net 30 to those known to the firm and in good standing. CWO otherwise. Institutions billed to meet their requirements. Reciprocal trade terms. Shipping and insurance additional. NJ sales tax applies to orders shipped within the state, unless valid resale certificate on file/provided. Visa/MC/Amex/Paypal/Venmo or will hold for seven [7] business days pending receipt of a personal check. Best to call/text/email to reserve.
All items are subject to prior sale and are first editions unless otherwise noted. Dust jackets are present if stated. Other elements such as author signatures are noted. Appropriate sales tax will be applied to purchases. All items are guaranteed as represented.
Returns are accepted for any reason within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
EU buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal of their transaction and the withdrawing buyer is responsible for paying all shipping, tariffs, charges, and fees incurred by both the buyer and the seller in returning the item.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the price of the item and the original cost of shipping. Returns are accepted for any reason, but buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was misdescribed
