This mission, led by Charles-Henri, Comte d'Estaing, was taken on by four thousand troops of King Louis XVI, in cooperation with Americans. A scholarly account of the little-known Siege of Savannah. The author was a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and was a Georgia Civil War historian. Very Good in red cloth with some discoloration to the cover.
