The 1995 Boston Marathon, held on April 17th, saw Cosmas Ndeti [Kenya] win the men's race with a time of 2:09:22, and Uta Pippig [Germany] win the women's race in 2:25:11. Ndeti was also the 1994 champion and set a course record, while Pippig defended her 1994 win.
